I've had to deal with a series of appointments to fix a tooth issue and I can't say enough about how helpful, pleasant and kind Dr. Ben and team have been! The work has been done professionally, and Dr B is always punctual to respect my time, and taking extra moments to explain what he sees and what he is doing. They have upgraded to newest technology from the Dr. Pella days which is good too. Excellent dentist, and always a good experience. I had such a great experience at Kanata Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was gentle, didn't rush and my teeth have honestly never felt cleaner. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. The clinic itself is bright, modern, and spotless. I have went to few different dental clinics near me and this is the cleanest. Overall, it was by far the best dental appointment ~ Alex V

I've been going here for over 15 years and just booked an appointment to bring my daughter. I was worried becuase she had a white (fluoride spot) on her tooth and thought it was a cavity. My friend is going through the same thing with her 8 year old and her dentist said she needs 4 fillings or it could affect the tooth below - and they didn't do any checkups at all. Dr Pellas office recommend she get another opinion and now they are all going there as well! Highly recommended! ~ Mallory G

I had my first visit with Dr. Ben (he took over Dr. Susan Pella’s dental office as she retired enf of July 2025). He was very personable, gave a summary of his background, made sure I was as comfortable as could be (I am scared of dentists, doctors, hospitals). He explained what he was going to do and at each step he verbalized the work he was going to do. Thank you for your understanding. His staff are friendly and welcoming. Clean office.
